LAMP (Leadership Amplifier) is composed of a crowd of energetic youngsters. We are ready to give out what we have. We very much hope that we can encourage people to draw colourful pictures of life, though we merely have limited colours. Our spirit is strengthened when we get together, in order to brighten people around us. We are, undoubtedly, an enthusiastic youth unit with utter innocence. As we are gathering young people together with different leadership qualities, we are ready to equip ourselves to serve and contribute to the community.

Our Aim:
To discover our inner potential and develop our leadership qualities, in order to be 21st century wide-vision leaders.
To seek for our personal identity and values, in order to build up a supportive and caring community.
To provide communication channels and encourage community serving, in order to put "There's a Leader in You" into practice.

Our Beliefs:
Personal Development - Individual health of body, mind and soul is an important base in building a community.
(Examples: social learning, interpersonal communication, peer counseling, religious leadership training)
Cultural Understanding - To express ourselves in different art forms and cultural issues, and try to appreciate the social changes.
(Examples: cultural forum, creative writing, music and dance, drama workshop)
Social Service - To discuss current affairs and participate in social activities, in order to share others' life experience.
(Examples: speech training, online forum, seminar, visiting service)
Global citizen - Through online surfing and practical experience, try to break cultural obstacles and care for the global needs.
(Examples: webpage designing, e-mail network, establishing overseas branch, cultural exchange)
Breakthrough Ambassador - To participate and assist Breakthrough functions to share and deliver Breakthrough's missions.
(Examples: Breakthrough flag day, fund-raising walk, being youth ambassador and activities volunteer)
