ABOUT OUR COUNSELLING SERVICE
What is Counselling?
Along the journey of growing up, seeking self-affirmation,
realizing dreams, building a career and family, the ride is,
inevitably, rocky and there may be:
Frustration out of our psyche, emotions and
self-image
Stress out of interpersonal relationships,
romance and marriage, family ties, parent-child bonding,
studies and career pursuits
Counselling is one of the means to help us tackle
these hurdles in life:
Counselling is collaboration between counsellee
and counsellor. By way of a 50 minute exchange of dialogue,
the counsellor applies his/her professional knowledge and
experience to facilitate the counsellee to:
proactively perceive the problem from different
angles
reach out to sense the inner being and
past experience
search for a new direction, hope and goal
in life
Scope of Service
Target Clients

18 and 30; Youth and Family Counselling for youth between
