Volunteers at Breakthrough

A gospel campaign, Breakthrough has not only permanent staff, but has also received a substantial contribution from volunteers keen on our ministry over the years. They are an indispensable force in our midst. Hence, volunteers are also partners of Breakthrough. We have a systematic recruitment, management and training scheme for volunteers in ensuring requirements and service quality of the organization are met.

Expectations: Our volunteers must have an eagerness to serve and to represent Breakthrough to reach, build up and further youth work in Hong Kong. They will also be obliged to protect and respect the public image of Breakthrough.
Training: Different departments will provide volunteer training specific to their needs to ensure a quality and performance meeting the standard of Breakthrough and at the same time, hle develop the potential of volunteers.
