Booking Charges for Non-Profit Organizations
[ Applicable to non-profit organizations which are exempt from tax under section 88
of Inland Revenue Ordinance of Hong Kong, and the tertiary education institutes in Hong Kong ]

(A) Package Plan

Remarks :

1. The above price rates are applicable only to non-profit organizations which are exempt from tax under section 88 of Inland Revenue Ordinance of Hong Kong, and the tertiary education institutes in HK.
   
2. 2. The above charges include camp fee, meal, transportation (between Shatin KCR station and Youth Village according to our schedule) and 1 general function room.
   
3. Aiming at satisfying clients with our limited resources, special advance requirement on meal, residential, shuttle bus, facilities and equipment is welcomed.
4. Components and comparison between Plan A and Plan B are as follow :

Plan A Plan B Meal - 4 Dishes for lunch and dinner - 4 Dishes for lunch and dinner - 1 free tea set for Day/Evening/Residential camp - Camp quarters are assigned by the Village. .- Choose 1of 2 upgrade packages: a. Meal upgrade (5 dishes for $40) b. Bluebird Lodge family suite upgrade Camp Quarters - Assigned by the Village. If designated for twin rooms, an additional charges of $100 per person per night is required. Facilities (Applicable to group of 10 people or above) - 1 general function room is provided according to the group size and the nature of activity. - Supplement charge is required for additional or special function rooms. - Maximum of 2 general function rooms are provided according to the group size and the nature of activity. - Supplement charge is required for additional or special function rooms. Transportation(Applicable to group of 10 people or above) - 2 Free single trips of shuttle bus service between Shatin KCR station and the Village according to our service schedule. - $5/person/trip is required for designated time beyond our service schedule - 2 Free single trips of shuttle bus service between Shatin District (except Sai Kung Area) and the Village according to the time requested.



5. Shuttle Bus Service Schedule

Check In Check Out Half Day Camp 8:30 a.m. 2:15 p.m. Half Evening Camp 1:30 p.m. 7:00 p.m. Day Camp 8:30 a.m. 4:30 p.m. Evening Camp 1:30 p.m. 9:15 p.m. Residential Camp 2:30 p.m. 2:15 p.m.

(B) Self-selection Plan : only applies to delegates renting the Bluebird Lodge family suite

I. Camp Fee

Remarks :

1. Air-conditioning is provided in camp quarters from April to October, from 7 p.m. to 8 a.m. next day. An additional charge is required if air-conditioning is needed beyond the service hours. The rate is $15/hr/air-conditioning machine.
2. Males and females are required to occupy separate rooms, excluding married couple.

   * "Bluebird Lodge" are new 2-storey family suites which aim at serving as an ideal communication space for family activities (e.g. parenting, couples camp).

II. Meal

Remarks :

1. Meal time is scheduled by the Village.
2. Placing order for night snack or BBQ is welcomed for group of 20 or above.
3. Choices of Chinese/Western set menus, Chinese cuisine, and buffet services are provided with additional charges. Please call our service hotline for details.
4. Outside food is not allowed in the Village.
5. Fire lighting is not allowed in the Village.

III. Facilities / Equipment Rates

Remarks :

1. All function rooms are equipped with air-conditioned.
2. All function rooms are closed at 10 p.m..
3. The minimum charge rate for function room is 1 hour (except Chapel and Auditorium). Hire for over 15 minutes is counted as 1 hour
4. (*) The minimum charge rate for the use of the Chapel and Auditorium is 1 session, 4 hours per session.

IV. Transportation

1. Take Minibus No. 67K at Shatin KCR station (costing $4.1 per person).
2. Take a taxi at Shatin KCR station (costing approximately $40)
3. Take our shuttle bus at Shatin Leisure and Cultural Services Department near Shatin KCR station ($5/person/trip). Advance booking is required.
4. Both 24-seat and 56-seat coaches are available for hire. Please make reservations beforehand.

IV. Coach Rates

* Breakthrough Youth Village also provides training program services. We have program consultants designing and leading the training camps. E.g. Team building training, gospel camp. Interested parties are welcomed to contact our consultants at 2632 0658 for information and charges.
