青年村新增節能及減廢設施

承蒙「環境及自然保育基金」及「環境運動委員會」贊助，突破青年村最近新增了節能及減廢設施，包括連接太陽能光伏板作發電的LED射燈，廚餘機。

連同青年村內其他環保設施，我們設計了一個『減「歎」織未來』綠色體驗之旅，免費提供予營友參加。期望藉營地內的環保建設及提示，讓青少年營友及場地使用者在城市生活中體驗環保的重要和責任，將所經驗的環保知識及實際行動帶返日常生活中，改善周遭環境，增強環保意識，養成環保習慣。

New Installation of Energy Saving and Waste Recovery Facilities

Breakthrough Youth Village is honored to receive the funding from the “Environment and Conservation Fund” and “Environmental Campaign Committee”, to install (1) a set of energy saving item, solar power generator connecting with LED floodlight, and (2) a food waste composter.

Together with the other environmental conservation facilities in the Village, we designed a free program for campers named ‘Green Odyssey: Reduce Waste to Weave the Future’. The program aims at arousing the youth campers’ awareness, through the ‘green’ facilities and program guidebook, towards the importance and their responsibility of environmental conservation, encouraging them to act and to live a ‘green’ life.
